This expansion work will see the construction of a new production halls, office buildings, a boiler room, a sewage treatment plant, as well as road infrastructure, parking lots, and storage yards.

Scope of services:

• cmT has been engaged as the general planner of the project executed in EPCM method. The scope of services includes:
  • preparation of design documentation (conceptual design, building permit design, tender design and execution design)
  • verification of workshop designs
  • preparation of tender materials for work packages (14 packages)
  • managing the tender procedure
  • managing and supervising building works delivered in construction management method
  • managing the procedure of obtaining occupancy permit
