Warsaw Corporate Center is a Class A office building with about 6,000 m² of leasable space located in the centre of Warsaw

It is the first American investment in Poland after the opening of the borders. In 2012, the lobby of the building was modernized. It was adjusted to building standards and tenants’ expectations without losing its unique style. In the following years, fit out works were executed at the area of 6000 sqm.

Construction management of modernization of the ventilation system using the existing components of the installation
Optimization of the Building Management System (BMS) based on the formerly installed infrastructure.

Thanks to detailed checks and repairs, the ventilation installation dating back to the 1990s didn’t need to be completely replaced. This allowed to save 70% of the complete replacement costs along with a 30% decrease in energy consumption.
