The SPA complex with a hotel section named "Magic of the Sea" is located in Sopot

The complex belongs to the “Legend Hotels” hotel chain making its debut on the Polish coast. The building combines the advantages of a spa resort with a luxury shopping facility. In addition to 150 hotel rooms and a spa center, the facility also houses restaurants located on two floors, as well as a pool divided into indoor and outdoor sections. The irregular horseshoe-shaped building on a rectangular plan opens towards the sea, promenade, and waterfront. It is a structure harmoniously integrated into its surrounding landscape. By using a variety of natural materials and motifs (rocks, water features), the building evokes the intimate architecture found among coastal dunes. The facade covered with naturally aging wood and glass panels reflects the simplicity of Scandinavian modernism. The terrace with the pool is located on the roof above the central part of the building.
