A complete reconstruction of the office building in the centre of Warsaw

The first phase comprised demolition of this eight storey building dating back to the 1970s. In order that the new structure would meet the requirements of a modern office building the new structure included some of the former structural frame. The next phase involved relocation of the fasade at the top three floors in order to enlarge them and establish a better modularity of the office space. Owing to its new design, the building matches better the neighbouring buildings.
