ECQ is strategically located within the Lusail Development, a circa 35 sq kilometer development located north of city of Doha and approximately 20km north of Doha International Airport. The site is connected to the wider Lusail development via the Al Khor expressway.

The project involved the construction of 3 office buildings with a total area of 81000m² connected together by means of a closed atrium. The buildings contain offices, a restaurant, a banking area, a data center and a 3-level underground car park. The project value is estimated at USD 140 million.
