cmT supervises the construction of Mercure Hotel

In the centre of Katowice, in a prestigious location, a 4-star Mercure hotel is being constructed. It will have at guests’ disposal 268 rooms of various standards, 74 parking spaces of which 66 in the underground garage; there will be also a restaurant, conference facility and a fitness centre. The total usable area of the building will amount to 17,976 sqm, of which over 2,700 sqm will be used for office space. The object will be built in compliance with LEED NC certificate requirements. The Mercure hotel is an investment of UBM Development company and the building will be managed by the Orbis Hotel Group.

cmT is responsible for investor’s site supervision covering the construction, electrical and sanitary branches as well as health and safety.
