cmT completes work on Granaria
Our adventure with the Granaria project is finally coming to an end. As cmT, we have been actively involved in this flagship development on Granary Island in Gdańsk, providing, among other things, on-site representation on behalf of the majority shareholder, Immobel, and support in the management of the PPP project.
‘I am particularly proud of the entire cmT team, who met the enormous challenges at every stage of this project with full commitment,’ -said Krzysztof Trembowski, Senior Project Director at cmT.
Granaria is an example of the harmonious integration of commercial, residential and hotel functions, combining the optimisation of the spatial layout with advanced structural and material solutions adapted to the historical urban development.
Representatives of cmT emphasise that the biggest challenges during the project were budget control and cooperation with the conservation officer. A key element of the investment was also the preservation of the historic granaries – Steffen, Stone Bear, Soldier and Turek – which were harmoniously integrated into the new development.
