The scope of services assigned by Global e-Business to cmT included the following activities:
- Check of technical project documentation and drawings provided by Landlord and compliance with norms and technical specification attached to lease contract
- Lease contract analysis for determining future maintenance scope and split of responsibility between Landlord and tenant
- Coordination for suppliers directly engaged by Global e-Business Operations and quality construction control of the restructuring and outfitting
- Assistance in tendering and selecting Maintenance Supplier
- Assistance for handover protocol and Punch list management
- Change orders Management in terms of budget and schedule impact

gerne bestätigen wir, das die cmT Sp. z .o.o mit dem Sitz an der 17 Stycznia 45B, 02-146 Warschau in dem Zeitraum ab Februar 2011 bis Mai 2012, in unserem Auftrag die technischen Leistungen – Investorenaufsicht für das Projekt Poleczki Business Park and der Poleczki Str. in Warschau ausgeführt hat.
In der Rahmen der beauftragten Arbeiten wurden die Ausbauarbeiten für die Mieter ausgeführt:
- Astellas Pharma Sp. z .o.o. , Fläche: 2057,97 m2
- Tetra Pak Sp. z .o., Fläche : 2056,99 m2
- PKE Sp. z o.o., Fläche: 674 m2
Der Gegenstand des beauftragten Auftrages war die Ausführung der folgenden Arbeiten und Verfahrensschritte wie auch die Leistungen im Bereich:
- Prüfung und Verifizierung der vorgestellten Ausführungsplan
- Verifizierung und Bestätigung der von Auftragnehmer vorgeschlagenen Materialen und der technischen Lösungen
- Überwachung der bei dem Kunden geltenden Verfahren mit der Qualitätskontrolle der ausführenden Arbeiten
- Teilnahme an der Gewinnungsverfahren der amtlichen und verwaltungstechnischen Genehmigungen
- Inspektor der Bauträgeraufsicht im Verstädnis des Gesetzes für das Baurecht
- Bearbeitung der technischen, organisatorischen und formaljuristischen Gutachten
- Durchführung der Abnahmen, die Qualitätskontrolle der erbrachten Leistungen mit den Mängellisten und mit der Prüfung der Bestandsunterlagen.

I am pleased to confirm that the company cmT Sp z.o.o. located in Warsaw at ul.Chmielna 132/134 provided Construction Management services during the reconstruction of the Radisson Collection hotel in Warsaw at ul.Grzybowska 24 from December 2018 till June 2019. The works were carried out at the request of the hotel owner, Nadryst Investment and aimed to transform the existing Radisson Blu hotel into a five-star hotel under the new Radisson Collectuon premium category brand.
The construction works that took five months included:
- Full refurbishment of 292 hotel rooms with bathrooms
- Full refurbishment of hotel corridors and lift lobbies
- Reconstruction of the entrance libby with a partial reconstruction of the facade
- Reconstruction of two hotel restaurants
- Renovation of guests lifts
