Evaluation of the technical condition of the fire safety systems and the building management systems (BMS) in Domina shopping centre in Riga

The scope of cmT works involved checking and inspection of the fire protection systems in order to verify their compliance with applicable regulations and test the functioning of the system in the course of a simulated fire. The building’s automatics were also tested and controlled. In its report cmT pointed out the instances of non-compliance, described methodology and results of the tests conducted. The Investor also received a list of recommendations and suggested repair means.
